Common questions

Can I see what it does before I pay?

Yes. Pick one of the sample photos on the homepage and you can run the whole editor — detection, removal, before/after — without paying or even signing in. When you upload your own photo, that's when a plan is needed.

How does the AI remove people?

Our AI identifies the people you describe, removes them, and rebuilds the background using context from the surrounding image — matching textures, lighting and shadows so the space they occupied looks like it was never filled.

What's the difference between the plans?

Mostly two things: how many edits you get a month, and how good they come back. Starter ($9, 20 edits) returns HD — 1408 × 768, crisp on a phone. Plus ($19, 50 edits) returns 2K at 2816 × 1536, four times the pixels, prints sharp to A4, and adds PNG and WebP export. Studio ($49, 100 edits) returns 4K Ultra HD at 5632 × 3072 — sixteen times the pixels of HD — prints to A2, and adds export sets and enlarging beyond native size. Plain-language removal, objects as well as people, no watermark, nothing stored, and the crop/straighten/resize tools are the same on all three.

Does a photo with five people in it cost five edits?

No. An edit is a photo, not a person. Name everyone you want gone in one go and they're removed together, for one edit — so 20 a month goes further than it sounds.

What image types and sizes are supported?

JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 20MB. Works best on high-resolution photos. The AI handles both simple and complex backgrounds.

Can I remove objects too, or only people?

Both. People removal is our specialty, but the same engine removes photobombing objects, bins, wires, and other distractions — just describe what you want gone.

Does it work on group photos?

Yes. Describe them all in one go — “remove the two people on the left and the person behind the fountain” — and they go together, in a single edit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — one click from your account, no email required. Your plan runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops. You'll never be charged again.
